The 10 best quality-price tablets

10. Amazon Fire HD 8

It is excellent news that Amazon continues to bet heavily on the tablet market thanks to devices such as its new Fire HD 8 tablet, which makes a great entry in the ranking.

With an 8-inch screen (20.3 cm diagonal) but a perfectly adjusted size, it is a great choice if you are looking for a good-performance, handy tablet with a large screen in the small segment.

It incorporates a 1,280 x 800 pixel HD display, which delivers a pleasant 189 pixels per inch density. Its processor is not far behind either, with a 1.3 GHz Quad Core that performs very smoothly. The only drawbacks are its cameras (a lesser evil since you will rarely use them) and the Fire OS operating system, which despite having improved, does not have the same catalog as its competitors.
You can only find this tablet in the Amazon online store in its versions without or with advertising (the latter slightly cheaper).

9. Huawei MediaPad T3 10

The Huawei MediaPad T3 10 is a very versatile and functional tablet that will satisfy most users. It offers some pretty interesting technical features (HD resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixels, a great Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor at 1.4 GHz and 2 GB of RAM) along with a terribly competitive price.

It incorporates a 5 Megapixel rear camera and a 2 Mpx front camera, and its autonomy of almost 10 hours is the best on the market. It is probably the ideal option for those users looking for a good-performance tablet at a very competitive price, at the cost of not being from an excessively well-known brand (beware, Huawei has been offering quality in this market for a long time).

8. iPad Mini 5

We already have a version of Apple that surpasses the iPad Mini 4. This marvel is probably the best small tablet on the market (7.9 inches) in terms of technical performance

What will those 300 g of last generation tablet bring us? First, mobility. It is the option for those who need power and features but want a very handy and light device, to carry everywhere.
Then the power:

It has A12 processor with Neural Engine, which translated means that you can have several applications open at the same time without problems
In addition, they have achieved a lower consumption which has an effect on an increase in battery life (about 10 hours, if you use WiFi)
What Apple calls the Neural Engine is an approach to the application of artificial intelligence, and it shows in recognition of usage patterns and easier prediction.

The possibility of incorporating an Apple Pencil, very convenient for taking notes by hand or drawing, improves its performance and allows even a tablet as small as this to have an outlet for professional use. It also allows you to connect a Smart Keyboard.

You also have the option of buying a WiFI or WiFi + LTE model to connect using an operator’s SIM card. Make no mistake, it is not a phone as it is, but this option allows you to make videoconferences and expands options to continue working where there is no WiFi.

The only problem we see with this iPad Mini 5 is that they have all Apple models: the price. In this comparison you will find much cheaper models, although few with as many features as this one.

7. Galaxy Tab E 9.6-inch

In seventh position appears the first of the low-cost tablets in the ranking. The Galaxy Tab E is an inexpensive tablet with the reliability of Samsung, which also incorporates a Spreadtrum SC7730SE quad-core 1.3 GHz processor, a 1,200 x 800 pixel resolution screen, 1.5 GB of RAM and Android 5.1 Lollipop upgradeable.

Although they may seem specifications below market standards, its strongest point is its extremely low price, which makes it one of the most popular choices for users looking to buy their first tablet at the lowest possible price. The Galaxy Tab E is sold in a single version with Wi-Fi and 8 GB of expandable memory

6. iPad Air

The latest version of the iPad in the Air range maintains the quality to which Apple has accustomed us.

Without being an inexpensive tablet, it is an excellent buy thanks to its power and impressive design inside a very thin and light casing.

The new model has an A12 bionic processor with 3 GB of RAM, improving the previous version, with good response to handle next-generation applications and games.
Some of the coolest features of the iPad Air:

5. 10.5-inch Galaxy Tab A

The 10.5-inch Galaxy Tab A, released in 2018, is the larger and better-performing version of its 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab A sister.

It incorporates a fairly powerful and efficient Snapdragon 450 processor, which also gives it a huge autonomy of almost 13 hours (and fast charging), a great 1,920 x 1,080 pixel Full HD screen and extensive connectivity options. For this reason, the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is today one of the best choices in value for money if you are looking for a generously sized tablet, superior to the standards of 9.7 or 10.1 inches.

Despite its size, its measurements and its weight are very tight: only 529 grams. It is not among the cheapest tablets, but its quality and Samsung’s reliability make it probably the best option for users looking for a large tablet to fully enjoy multimedia content, or as a tablet for family use (allows the creation of multiple user accounts).

4. BQ Aquaris M10 HD / FHD

The BQ Aquaris M10, both in its HD and Full HD versions, remains one of the best quality-price tablets that can be purchased today. For less than 200 euros you will have a tablet with excellent features and, although it could have a somewhat more powerful processor, for this price you will find few such complete tablets.

The Full HD version of the BQ Aquaris M10 incorporates a fantastic 1,920 x 1,080 pixel screen that will make the experience of browsing the internet, watching movies or reading as sharp as possible. The HD model has a 1,200 x 800 pixel screen that, being of lower resolution, is bright enough.
It is also a fairly diaphanous and easy-to-use tablet, ideal for beginners. It has 2 GB of RAM and Android 5.1 as standard (upgradeable), it connects to the Internet via WiFi, incorporates 16 GB of internal memory expandable by micro SD card, and includes two front and rear cameras of 5 and 8 Megapixels respectively.

3. Huawei MediaPad T5

The Chinese brand offers us a good tablet for a fairly reasonable price. The Huawei MediaPad T5 is not the most advanced that you will find on the market but, given what it costs and what it offers, it is among the best options in value for money.

It is a 10.1-inch Android 8.0 device of which several aspects stand out. On the one hand, a Full HD screen of 1,920 x 1,200 resolution, enough to use it to watch movies comfortably.
On the other hand, the dual speakers give it good sound quality. Again, it is not the best on the market but it is a very worthy mid-range.

If something can be blamed, for the price, it is that the camera could be something better. The truth is that its 5 Mpx is enough for a video conference but we are definitely not going to take professional photographs with this device.

Performance is good:

It has an 8-core processor and 3 megabytes of RAM. It is enough for us to perform various tasks without speed suffering
The 32 GB of memory is in principle enough, but we like that it has the possibility of inserting a micro SD to have a little more margin
It is not a tablet to use at work, but for home use it is a great choice for a very good price.

It lacks some functionality, such as fingerprint identification, but a mid-range should not be asked for extras, and this Huawei MediaPad T5 performs very well in its market segment.

2. Amazon Fire 7

The Amazon Fire 7 is unbeatable in terms of price and has enough functionality for use at home.

It offers good performance, functionality and a resistant and sober design. Its 7 ’’ screen (one of the smallest models on the market) makes it extremely handy and perfect as an electronic book. It is also of sufficient (not extraordinary) quality to play movies.

This Amazon Fire 7 is a good device if you want a first tablet, or if you are looking for one for your children without a large outlay:

1 .Galaxy Tab A de 10,1 inch

Recently lowered in price, Samsung’s mid-range tablet rises to the top of the ranking as it is the best option in quality-price of all the models analyzed. The Galaxy Tab A is a 10.1-inch tablet with a sensational Full HD screen of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels resolution, an agile and efficient 8-core processor, and two cameras of a more than acceptable quality.

If you are looking for a powerful tablet to play multimedia content at the most competitive price possible, the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 is probably your best choice. There is a version with WiFi and the one that also incorporates 3G / 4G.

The best tablet doesn’t have to be the same for everyone. It depends on the use you are going to give it.

As in all products, there are several ranges and the highest ones offer wonders, but do not lose the objective: your ideal tablet will be the one that, for a good price, responds to your needs. Or better, a little above your needs, so that your purchase is more profitable.

Making a generalization, we can say that:
