Q: How do I order on your website?
Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
Q: Did I make an order successfully?
Once the payment completed, you will receive an order confirmation email, if not, please re-check in your “spam folder” or “my orders”.
Note : If you receive an email for your payment confirmation, do not panic. As your order is marked high risk due to a potential unauthorized payment, we are happy to receive your confirmation email.
Q: How to change or cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us at Sunnyutock@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed at our warehouse we are unable to make any changes.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
The dispatch (or handling) time is the number of business days taken by our warehouse to fulfill the order after receipt of your cleared payment. Gadget Monkey's estimated dispatch time is 3 business days. Once the goods are shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order.
Q: What do I do if I don't receive an order tracking number?
If you do not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: How to track my order?
It depends on the shipping method you choose. Some shipping methods don’t provide a tracking service.
Once your order is shipped out, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number which will help you track your package.
Please note : the reference number is merely a serial number that cannot be used to track your package online, only your tracking number will work.
